Are taxes and breakfast included
in your prices?
All taxes are always included.
Breakfast is included for hotels in Europe, Middle East and South America.
Hotels in North America, Far East and Australia are generally on
room basis only. In any case you will find this information clearly explained
in our search engine.

Are your prices per room or
per person?
All prices in our service are per
room, not per person. For example, a price for a double or twin means a
room with 2 persons, a price for a triple means a room with 3 persons etc.

When will you confirm my reservation?
90% of our hotel bookings are confirmed
within 24 business hours (saturday and sunday excluded). It may take 48
business hours for specially busy periods such as Fairs or other special
events in the requested city.

Can I make a reservation directly
through the hotel?
Yes, but the prices displayed on
Hotelsbook.net are available only through our system. If you make a reservation
directly at the hotel, you will be charged on average 20% to 60% more.

How can you offer rooms at such
discounted prices?
First, we have teamed up with local
incoming partners who have allocations and specially negotiated hotel rates.
Second, we use the web to do all the transactions which cuts our cost considerably.

our hotel search engine; second, click on the "Book" button once you find
a hotel you like; third, you will then be taken to a secure server. Just

Will you confirm that my reservation

Yes. We confirm all reservations
ONLY
BY E-MAIL in 24 hours. If your reservation is made right before or

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your reservation
up to 3 working days before your scheduled arrival, we will charge you
20 USD cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation
less than 3 working days or if you do not show at the hotel you will be
charged a fee that is equal to or may exceed the first night stay.

At the hotel itself, you only
pay for extras such as telephone call, minibar, additional meals,
etc. If you pay for your room at the hotel, you will be charged double.
In such circumstances you will need to contact the hotel direct for a refund.

How do I change the period
of stay or the room type once the booking is already confirmed.
You can do it using our costumer
help and it's free of charge.
This allows you to hold the original
booking and in case the requested changes are not possible you will not
loose your original booking.

When can I check in at the hotel?
Your check-in time is from 2pm
onwards. On your date of departure you will be expected to check-out at
12pm latest. If you require an early check-in or late check-out we recommended
you contact us in advance.
